Searching for your recipient(s)
1 Press Send
Hit the Home button *house) on the control panel, then press Send.
2 Select your destination
- To manually type a email, press E-mail Addr Entry
- To select an email (all HPS emails are in the address book) press Address Book
3 Press Address Book Dropdown
Press the address book dropdown to search for your email destination.
4 Select “HPS”
5 Enter the name
Enter the name of the individual you want to scan to, you can enter a partial match for just last name for example.
6 Press OK to perform your search
7 Select your recipient(s)
- Select the checkbox next to the name of the individual(s) you want to email.
- If you want to SAVE the recipient (such as your own email or a user you scan to frequently) as a quick address, press Add to Machine Address Book. This SAVES the email to the machine so it does not need to be search for in the future.
8 Confirm your recipients and press START
Cofirm your recipients are correct then press start to scan to the email(s) listed.
IF you are SAVING the recipient (pressing Add to Machine Address Book)
IF you are saving the address it will pop up with a confirmation of adding, press NEXT
1 Press SAVE
2 The Address is Saved
Now when going into Scan the machine address book will have the email you just saved.
Simply check the box next to the name, press OK and start to email to this address.
