Navigate to Printer Settings
1. Navigate to the start menu and click the settings gear
2. Click ‘Devices’
3. Click ‘Printers & Scanners’ in the left-side menu
4. Toggle off “Let Windows manage my default printer.”
5. Select the printer you want to be the default and click ‘Manage’
This printer is the one that it will default to when you open the print menu, and that programs like Infinite Visions use. This is usually a USB or network printer in your room or office.
6. Select ‘Set as Default’

You can Confirm the change by navigating back to the “Printers & Scanners” page. Your default printer will say “Default” In grey underneath its name.
