We are unable to assist with individual student progress or app issues beyond the following:

  • Student logging on or connecting through Clever
  • Student being in the correct class / roster for teachers
  • App not opening on iOS / iPads

MyLexia Support for Staff

1. Click on MyLexia in the Clever Portal

2. Click the ? to submit an email based ticket or call their support with Lexia.

3. Click the Contact Us for the form

4. 4. Fill out the form and click Submit OR call the number below.

5. You can do a live chat if desired as well vs. email or phone.
