Helpdesk Ticket

Students are expected to submit a helpdesk ticket for issues. To submit a helpdesk ticket, click the button below or visit https://help.hopedaleschools.org. This can also be accessed on your mobile device in case your 1:1 device is not able to submit a ticket.

If you are unable, a parent/guardian OR teacher can submit a ticket on your behalf.

1:1 Device Assistance

If a 1:1 device needs to be serviced (the problem cannot be resolved through a helpdesk ticket or remote session) you will be directed to drop off your device for service.

Jr. Sr. High School Students

Students can drop of your device to be serviced, when directed to, outside room 118. There is a designed DROP OFF shelf for devices as well as a station next to it for using the helpdesk incase your device is not able to use the helpdesk.

When your device is fixed you will be notified through your ticket and can pick it up at the same location at the PICK UP shelf. Please ensure you are picking up YOUR DEVICE and not someone else’s.

A loaner MAY be provided if available and if your device repair will take longer than 1 school day.

Memorial Elementary School Students

Students can drop off your device to be serviced, when directed to, in your classroom with your teacher. Your teacher will bring your device to the helpdeck drop off location for you.

When your device is fixed you will be notified through your ticket and it will be picked up by your teacher, available to you in your classroom. Your teacher will also be notified when it is ready to be picked up.

A loaner MAY be provided if available and if your device repair will take longer than 1 school day.
