This tutorial goes over how to start a remote support session.
Please note you must already have a scheduled remote support session with the technology department, this does not to initiate an appointment.
Start the Remote Session
- Go to https://remotedesktop.google.com/support
- Click the Remote Support Tab at the top, then click [Generate Code]:
Generate & share the code
- You will see a code, this code only lasts for 5 minutes once you generate it, please provide it to us ASAP during your appointment window (through email, helpdesk ticket, phone, or live support)
Share control to start the session.
- Wait for a confirmation popup, click SHARE.
